Payments
All payments are to be made in agreement either before or during delivery of service. No money is refunded in the form of fees unless it is written.
Client Responsibilities
Clients have the duty of giving out correct information, approvals, and access to platforms needed to execute the services on time.
No Guaranteed Results
Although our strategies and best practices are proven, Boost Falcon does not promise a particular ranking, revenue, leads, and results because of the factors, which are beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
Until full payment is received, all material, strategies, design, and content developed by Boost Falcon will be our intellectual property unless otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
No indemnification will be paid to Boost Falcon by the inference, incidental or consequential damages caused by the use of our services or site.
Termination
We can either pause or cancel services in case these terms are not followed, payments are not made on time or misuse is detected.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are under the jurisdiction of existing local laws.
